Terms of Sale

a. By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions:
i. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
ii. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
iii.In order to contract with Kingdom Ambassadors International, Inc., you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.
iv. Kingdom Ambassadors International, Inc. retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted, we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be Kingdom Ambassadors International or may in some cases be a third party.
v. Where a contract is made with a third party,Kingdom Ambassadors International is not acting as either agent or principal, and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you.
vi.When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
vii.The cost of products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes and are in US dollars only.

b. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

c. Pricing and Availability
i. Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or availability of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. In cases where one or more items is on backorder, you will have the option of continuing with the order, but there will be a delayed delivery. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
ii. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.
iii. All prices are displayed in US dollars only.

d. Payments, Cancellations and refunds.
i. All payments become due and are processed in full at the time of placing an order. If your payment method is declined, your order will not be processed.
ii. Orders can be cancelled or changed within one (1) hour of being placed or processed, with the exception of media downloads. A full refund will be provided for such cancellations upon request. After that one-hour timeframe has expired, no changes to the order will be permitted. If you choose to cancel the order after it has already been shipped or prepared for shipment, you will not qualify to receive a full refund. Your refund will consist of the total amount paid, less the shipping cost.
iii. Items can be returned for a refund within 14 days from purchase date. Returned items must be in the same brand-new condition in which they were shipped.Once we have received the returned merchandise and it has been properly inspected as a qualified return, you will be refunded the cost of the item minus shipping. If the item has been in your possession for a period of more than 14 days, or the item does not qualify for a refund due to its degraded returned condition, you will not receive a refund for the item even if you return it. Please include a copy of your receipt with all returns.
iv. All sales for media downloads are final and do not qualify for cancellations, refunds or returns.

e. Shipping
i. We usually only ship through USPS Priority Mail and UPS, so this allows us the ability to track your package and eliminate any unnecessary risk of the item(s) being lost or stolen.
ii. If your item(s) is/are returned to us due to an error in your address information (mistyped or misspelled), you will be required to pay the cost of shipping to have the item(s) re-sent. If the package was sent to the wrong address and accepted, due to the fact that you provided us with incorrect or incomplete information, the transaction will be final and we will not be held responsible for you not receiving your item(s). If, for some other reason, you still do not receive your order, please give us a call at 888-669-4524 and we will do what we can to assist you.
