Warring for the Next Generation PDF Print E-mail

Introduction to:

The Wisdom Instruction & Nuggets of truth (WIN) Locker

There is a vicious and malicious assignment by the enemy of our souls in this season to destroy and disinherit the seed of the emerging generation through an effective educational and marketing campaign which promotes perverse mentalities as well as corrupt systems and practices. The warfare is extremely fierce for this generation, and it will take a strategic and concerted effort on our part to reverse this tidal wave of corruption and perversion with vigilant and diligent prayer, along with the systematic teaching and dissemination of biblical truth which alone has the power to expose and demolish the lies of the enemy (Heb 4:12).

The Power of Choice PDF Print E-mail

Every normal human being wants to feel valued and accepted, but this desire is usually magnified or heightened during our young teenage years as we are in the process of discovering who we really are and our true value or identity. As you begin to experience a world that extends way beyond the limited boundaries of your immediate family and friends who usually accept us unconditionally, we suddenly begin to realize that the world is not as kind or accepting, but can in fact be very antagonistic to our true calling and destiny.

Suddenly we are faced with questions about who we really are, and we are besieged with numerous choices each vying for our time and the opportunity to mold and fashion us according to its own image. We are confronted with the pressure to conform to the prevailing status-quo by being one of the many, or else suffer the consequences of being misunderstood, rejected, or labeled a misfit.

The Value of Instruction PDF Print E-mail

Have you ever wished you could accelerate time and make yourself grow older in an instant – past the age of childhood, adolescence and early puberty? After all, being a grown-up seems to be so much fun, right? If only my life was like a DVD player where I could toon_3just fast-forward through the scenes of being told what to do by my parents, having to wake up early every morning for school; and of course, those stressful exams, awkward teenage moments, as well as curfews and other restrictions that are placed upon every young person’s life.

Just about every single person has felt that way at one point or another during their childhood. Boys eagerly look forward to their first shave, their first job or their first car. Girls eagerly look forward to… uh… I guess the same things except for the shaving part. I mean, who can really tell how a girl thinks, right? They seem to be a lot smarter than boys though, that’s for sure.

Created In Excellence And Destined To Win PDF Print E-mail

Have you ever heard someone referred to as one in a million? Normally, when such a phrase is employed, it is used to describe someone with unique abilities, qualities and character. It speaks of value and the recognition that this person possesses something that is very rare and hard to come by.

Defined by Excellence

toon2The Bible teaches that we were all specifically crafted and uniquely formed by God while within our mothers' wombs, and He was actively engaged in perfecting every detail of our lives.

For You formed my inward parts; You covered me in my mother's womb. I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Marvelous are Your works, and that my soul knows very well. My frame was not hidden from You, when I was made in secret, and skillfully wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Your eyes saw my substance being yet unformed. And in Your book they were all written, the days fashioned for me, when as yet there were none of them (Ps 139:13-16).

Notice the words used to describe our creation:

  • Fearfully - In the original Hebrew language this word conveys the concept of something which provokes a response of awe, wonder and reverence.

  • Wonderfully - This word is translated from a Hebrew word that communicates the idea of something being distinct, separate or distinguished among others.

  • Marvelous - This Hebrew word is very similar to the previous word translated wonderfully above in both pronunciation and spelling. Whereas the previous Hebrew word was palah, the word used here is pala and basically means the same as the previous word but with the emphasis of being extraordinary and surpassingly marvelous.

  • Skillfully - This is a very interesting word in the Hebrew. It conveys the sense of a craftsman skillfully weaving, embroidering and crafting a very intricate design of needlework. It conveys the idea of great detail and complexity, sort of like a great painter or designer who shows great attention to detail.

An appeal from our President

"I truly believe that one of our primary purposes for being on the earth today is to help dismantle religious strongholds -- whether in doctrine, philosophy, belief, tradition or practice -- that have kept the Church locked into an 'old wineskin' paradigm that is counterproductive to us reaching full maturity.
