As God has entrusted me with being a part of introducing and ushering in a new dispensation of the grace and revelation of God to the Body of Christ, it is with great pleasure that I write this article. Let's get to the point, which is that the Church of Jesus Christ is the "Melchizedek Expression" of Jesus Christ and of the Kingdom of God on the earth. Every leader must know and embrace this truth and fact.

The Spirit gives life
In Genesis chapter one we are given the account of creation. I find it very interesting the way scripture describes the creation of man in the next chapter:
And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being (Gen 2:7).
Notice that even though man was formed with flesh and a skeletal structure out of the dust of the earth, there still was not any life in his body until that time that God breathed into his nostrils so that he became infused with the very life of God and became a living being. Even though man had the proper form and structure being the only man in history to have been deliberately and directly crafted by the hands of God Himself, he was still without life prior to receiving the breath of God.

To be successful in any endeavor one must be adequately prepared. This principle holds true even in the context of ministry and service in the Kingdom of God. I have discovered that there are four words - all beginning with the letter I - that are all necessary and critical components if we are to be successful in the execution of our individual ministries, especially when operating within a leadership or pastoral framework in God's Kingdom Community otherwise known as the Church.

God is searching for a man
And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before Me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none" (Ezek. 22:30).
What a sad commentary! Yet, believe it or not, this verse of scripture still holds true in many cities, nations, regions and churches today. God is searching for a man -- not just any man -- who will rise up with grace, wisdom and spiritual authority to stand in the gap as a Kingdom Intercessor on behalf of the people within his sphere of influence.

Let’s face it! We’re living in a world where the sinfulness of our societies are reaching a gross limit and liberal flags that defy the constitution of God’s Kingdom are applauded by antichrist agents. It was well prophesied that in these last days the world systems would grow darker, but what about the local church? Are we walking in the fulfillment of that prophecy concerning our light being made brighter, shining upon a hill and not under a bushel?
